When I first got Sugoi’s H.O.V. (Human Operated Vehicle) Jacket for review, I was hesitant to ride in it. As a part of their contemporary commuter line of performance clothing, it’s designed to be ridden in, but the look and fit are so sharp that I didn’t want to mess it up.
